Hey skinny guys you should train with the maximum weight you can control and push until muscle failure. Heavy and reach failure! Minimum 6 reps. Also taking creatine will make big difference.

More bodybuilders need to talk about how hard it is to come off the diet and specifically when you don’t have a known goal in mind…you can easily put on 20-30 pounds and feel like garbage. Glad to see you guys talk about it and glad to see you have a great goal to focus on now. I’m rooting for you both!

You can also make almost exactly this as an overnight oats recipe, can even multiply the amount used and make a huge tupperware and portion it out each day, to make eating well easier! just add the berries at the end each day you get a portion :)

Activity is the secret 🔑 Steps 10-12K, Cardio 30 minutes, Intense Weightlifting. ALSO, Bigger body frame = more calories required. If you want yo eat that much and NOT gain fat then you gotta move more
Very good Information, currently on the 5th week of my minicut, doing 1000 kcal deficit, can i continue my cut only on 500 kcal deficit after the 6 weeks mark, or should i go into maintenance kcal?
How much weight / fat did you lose? We would recommend you eat at maintenance calories for week 6 (to give thr body some life, you weight might go up a bit) and then go into week 7 with 500 calories deficit.
