You know, this video would be a whole lot better without the AI generated voice over (and perhaps AI generated text?). Ex, at 15:30, I don't think I've ever heard a human utter the phrase "U.S. [sic] versus them" before, but I have heard humans say "us versus them".

I don't know about Ringwald and Sheedy, but I know Paul Gleason advocated for Judd Nelson, reminding John Hughes that Nelson was method acting (in regards to his treatment of Ringwald between scenes).

"U.S. vs. them!?" Seriously? Do you mean "us vs. them?" Also, I distinctly remember this movie being a R-rating, not PG-13.

You get a thumb down for using AI voiceover, you anti-human p.o.s. and your channel is now blocked. No decent human being should support the use of AI over humans. You suck.

When somebody writes a script for AI they should read it through to see it makes sense. There was so much repetition in the script, both in ideas and lines. I also loved the line (paraphrasing) "an us against them" which was read by the AI as "a US against them". Made the vide for me.

15:30 "a dangerous US vs them" (as in USA) rather than us vs. them ! I do not understand how AI can be less expensive than just reading your own script. And when AI makes mistakes like this it makes the video's producer look like an idiot. They briefly mentioned alternate endings for about 5 seconds.

In one take, with heavy music, the camera slowly pans around Andrew as he tells this historic and super-sad story of why he did this horrible thing to another person. BRILLIANT!!!

I was 13 when I first saw this movie. To this day, I still find it to be one of the most brilliant movies made. "Each one of us is a brain, an athlete, a princess, a criminal, and a basketcase.". Words that are a little bit of a stretch, but it emphasizes how we are all more similar than we think. The fistbump acene is one of my favorites, too.

Even at the end when she lets Claire do her make-up and stuff, tell her she's pretty, it's not a selling-out turning point. It's Claire reinforcing her, telling her "here's how you actually do whatever the hell you want, don't be afraid to try anything at all, even being pretty." Claire just added to her arsenal, basically, if you really wanna fuck with everyone, do this. There were some goofy girls I knew in HS that I talked to all the time in classes, all sorts of cliques, styles, interests, aesthetics, etc, and then at Prom or whatever they said screw it, we're gonna get all dolled up just because and they turned heads all night long. Every character in here is not what they seem on the surface. That's the whole exercise. That's the whole point. Kids trying to be who society wants, or rebelling against it, and realizing adults don't have their shit together either.

This film was a very important part of defining my life. As I personally remember. I was, in all seriousness...Expecting the empty " alternative ending " to be shown, to my disappointment. This was a lousy click bait piece of bullshit. K&TG are/were my favorite band hands down! I know more than what was presented in this sketchy ass video. Annoyingly they kept showing Dennis DT Thomas when mentioning Ronnie Bell like they’re interchangeable men. K&TG had an entire career BEFORE most of you fell into what true K&TG loyalists/fans called their weak, sappy, ‘pop/disco’ period which admittedly brought them their highest due They’re one of the nastiest Funk bands EVER! For me they’re only 2nd to the JB’s for Funk, Jazz and Soul appeal. Most of their early tunes were semi instrumental dance tracks that most here have no clue about.
