These are the kind of videos that are missing from UA-cam. Reminds me of the early days of the site when it was more personal and less commercial. It was a rough year for me too dude. I love how honest you are. You should make that short film. Even if it sucks and never sees the light of day. I’m trying to push myself to do things that I keep putting off with this idea in my head that there will be some perfect moment in time when everything comes together and everything is leading up to this quintessential point in time and I think at some point we all have to come to terms with the fact that that’s just not how it works. I’m really trying to tell myself to believe that, that the world isn’t going to stop and wait for me. This is it. Life is hard. I wish you happiness, you seem like a very genuine person.

I think the problem with older people not respecting mental, spmetimes physical helth when it comes to work is because that's how work culture has been for a long time. If you were sick and trying to call out, your employers would treat you like or imply that you're being a burden or that you're replacable. Fellow employees may be competitive and use your health issues to replace you. I remember whenever my grandma and mom tried to give me job advice i thought it was really weird or extreme, like i was going to church or something. They'd say things like id get fired for having beads on my shoelaces, or using a lunchbag i altered to look like a monster instead of a plain one, or that i should cover shifts every single time my manager asked so that "they know im reliable, not a waste of money." And they were weird things, but it was stuff they both learned from their experiences and were telling me to restrict myself in a way they thought was nessisary to succeed in life.
