sad... the City is ruined, it needs some serious repair, we have seen it's better days. I'm not blaming anyone but the people who inhabit these beautiful buildings and those who administer the City have no sense of maintenance nor awareness on civic aesthetics.😢
It might sound strange but building maintenance is prohibited in Eritrea and if maintenance is to be done for some buildings it should get a permit from the municipality 😢
@@Riznool of course, in any country you have to get a permit from the municipality then do the construction and or building maintenance depending on the scope of work, that is the process, and permit is usually granted. However, nobody has taken the initiation to do the maintenance, at least small cosmetic patch up on the exterior wall and paint, usually those things don't even require maintenance permit. If there is a will then there is a way. They don't understand the value and the deteriorating conditions of the buildings, to many Eritreans the buildings are just a place of dwelling, and thats sad.
Don’t worry about it we Eritrean will fix it. I mean deki HAGDEF will fix it hiray . Eritrea first !!!
