I just figured it out I had to turn up the mix lvl on the pedal and the gain on my input Jack. I’m using a extc-sa as a reamp box and running a Di box at the end of the chain so it can quiet down the hot signal!

For high gain pedals like the Pharaoh and Geiger Counter, ideally you'd want to be using a reamp box. That USB noise that comes up between notes can usually be eliminated by using balanced cables to a reamp box and flipping the ground lift switch if it has one. I recommend the Franklin Audio RA-10 or any of the Radial options.
