Hi we setup the kart But when we want to stop and turn it off it won't stop and turn off we have to take the straps off the kart and release the kart from the hoverboard
Sorry you are experiencing this problem. I am unsure, but sounds like the attachment is maybe in the wrong place or the power button is in a place it can't reached while attached.
You got screwed. I got mine from Temu for $13. Identical to what's available on youtube, Sam's, others online.

For the adjustable height frame, mine keeps sliding out. What am I doing wrong?
If you are talking about part that moves in and out. .check out video at 17 minutes...those two brackets have to be tightened but not too close to edge the weight of person will make them fall out...hope this helps. Please subscribe ❤
