Before and After Body Transformation - Month 2 #carolinegirvan
This is my video of Before and After Body Transformation - Month 2.
I have trained 3-4 times/week at home following Caroline Girvan - Iron Series.
I am still experiencing neuropathy but I kept going, modifying the workout when needed.
I am very proud of myself for getting into a healthy routine and I am excited to see what Month 3 will bring! ;)

You're doing awesome! I love IRON!🔥 Is this the only CG challenge you've done?
Thanks for your support!😀 I tried Complex Series and some 1-hour workouts of CG until I discovered Iron Series. For me this program is perfect: slow paced weight lifting, I can focus on the muscle-mind connection and it doesn't trigger an unhealty competitivity. It's "YOU vs. YOU"!💪😍

Have you noticed a lot of toning from it?
I am noticing many good changes at various levels: I am not so bloated anymore, my body is more sculpted ( legs, arms, upper abs) as a result of building more muscle, my clothes are looser, I am not running out of breath when I climb the metro stairs 😅, I am more aware of what I eat, and the list goes on..I will continue posting monthly Before and After videos, in case you want to see more results.😉
Stick with it. I havebeen training using her videos since 2020. I have more strength thN I have ever hadbefire . When I started, I could only do 16 pushups in 30seconds.now I can do 26-30 in 39 seconds depending on how many sets have done prior to. As far as dumbells , i routinely use 30 lb dumbbells for the squats when back then I use 15 lbs dumbbells.
@@rudolphpieters7918 Thanks for sharing your experience with Caroline Girvan! So motivating when you see progress (in weights, repetitions, etc). In my case, I started with no weights or very little weights ( 2 dumbbells of 2 kgs each / 4 lbs each) doing seated exercises because I suffer from neuropathy in my right heel. Now, in am on my way to 100% recovery (very slowly 🐌) and I can workout standing up (my right calf still takes a lots of the weight though) with increased weights of 2 dumbbells of 6 kg each / 13 lbs each and a barbell of 14 kgs (30 lbs). I will definatelly stick with Caroline Girvan and the Iron Series!💪
