It worked in Winlator 7.1.3 glibc, or at least I can play Grief Syndrome now, which is an achievement since that game is troublesome to play even on a real PC lol Thank you so much good lord
Does increase perfomance? What mono gecko for?
I'm not sure how to explain it but it does increase performance but i mainly use it because it helps me fix crash in some games like dmc5
Thank you. It works. Very much appreciated. Little tip: if you already have installed the game, better delete the whole container and open a new one AND FIRST install Wine Mono and Gecko before installing the game.
Please help, I followed ur all steps but its showing clould not find gecko package i didn't install gecko from winlator system tool please help
can you open the file u download and check if there is wine-gecko in there? if there isn't any missing. try a different winlator version. the winlator I'm using in the video is glibc 7.1.3

Hey bro, I followed your instructions and at the right version, but wine kept saying that I need to install a gecko package because wine cant find it still even if it's already installed like jn the video, can you help?
did you try to install wine gecko in the winlator system tool? cause you can't install it in there. the wine gecko tutorial i show you already installed it for you so you don't have to install it again in the system tool because it is not going to work. but if you create a new container you have to install it again in the container for it to work.😄

It's showing "the file is corrupted" im using wine 9.16
can you try delete and then reinstall winlator back. it's usually fixed the problem. oh and make sure to use compatibility in box64 and box86 preset too

yes you can
How can I upscale the game's resolution
go to the game setting then go to pc settings or graphics settings then find the resolution option and change it.most games usually have a resolution option but if you can't find it you can use the magnifier option that winlator have.
if you want to upscale the game resolution even higher you have to change the resolution in the container in winlator first then change the resolution again in the game.
you can also use a mod but i wouldn't recommend using it.

Can't have Fullscreen of the game
you can have Fullscreen of the game by enabling full screen in the game setting and some games You also have to change the screen resolution in the game too for it to work.
Some games that require you to enable Fullscreen by yourself are devil may cry 4 metal gear rising and more.

yes you have to create a container first then Setup the control to use it. you can use it by press right click or press with two fingers on the app then press open or you can press create shortcut instead if you want to use it without open the container.🥷

How Much Space?
winlator take about 2 gb of storage after you finish installing system file and also system file doesn't need internet or wifi to install so you don't have to worry about that
just have at least 4 or 5 gb of free storage so you can save your game data and run winlator smoothly😄
