Kitchen Renovation: Tiling the back splash full wall
Переглядів 1503 місяці тому
I was so happy with myself getting this piece done, tiling isn't hard, but can be tedious and make you sore. I even was so careful and thoughtful about filming the process, and guess what, half the footage is missing! I have no idea was happened, sorry about that. But man does that wall look great now! Trying my hand at creating a faux wood door!
Переглядів 923 місяці тому
Let me tell you, I caught the energy to get some stuff done! I don't know where the inspiration came to try to make my exterior doors look like wood, but here we are. haha I used Retique It Liquid Wood as my base, then a couple stain colors to lay down a grain like variation. Now I'm ready to use these faux graining tools to really take this DIY over the top! I still need to go over it with a s...

Canada is on my bucket list!❤️❤️❤️
@@patriciaterry5539 I’ve been a few times now, it’s been so great. I would like to travel in country more… but it’s showing to be more affordable to go outside country!
New subscriber here! I love tulips! I plan to plant several in late OctoberB , I’m in zone 9b Central Valley of California.
zone 9!!! wow, the tropical paradise you must have!
Beautiful looking gardens, they are the bees knees.
The daylily hedge!! 😍 Beautiful as always.
looks like a great arm workout lol
Nice!
It looks so good!
Thank you!!
A roll of paper would help if the doors will be stained. Could probably slide it under here and there but stain doesn’t show much on screen
❤❤❤❤
Looks like you might have extra room to spare now! 🎉
Um, you weren’t kidding about how nice painting that light tarp thing is! It is now just a nice green background for your flowers! ❤❤
Amazing
the pollinators must love you!

With all do respect lady, what makes you think that your neighbors like to see your mess? Maybe you like your things the way they are and that's good for you but you can't say that the neighbors trailers and tarp hurt your eyes when you got so much crap in your own back yard also. Maybe to you its ok, we'll the trailer to them is ok, it goes both ways. I hope you asked permission to paint their properties, cause if you didn't that makes you a Karen.
If you watch any of my videos you’d know that I’m very close to my 89 and 95 yr old neighbors. I do anything for them, I up keep her garden, snow blow their drive, any thing they need. He asked me what I would like to do to the side of his stuff facing my gardens. He keeps buying more paint so I can paint his side of the tarp and trailer as well. Have a great day sir! ☺️
Everything looks so lush!! You’ve put in so much work to this garden, it looks amazing! Love the video and the music too. Great work my friend!!❤☺️🌸
🤗
Keep trucking on, good job on not giving up when things look hard. I bet you get it figured out!
You're doing great proud of you!
Slow and steady will win the race. Keep going!

I had this happen to me and my face looked red, swollen, dry and hurt. I used all kinds of creams, steroids and pills to try to heal and nothing worked. Now I’m clear because I bathe once a week using an oatmeal bath, no soap, shampoo and rinse without getting it on your skin. I use an oatmeal cream on my skin and petroleum jelly and a cool mist humidifier at nite. When I get itchy I use Benadryl gel! Stay away from perfumes, use laundry soap that is for sensitive skin, stay away from household cleaning products and try to eat whole clean foods! It has taken me my whole life to figure this out and I’m 70.
I appreciate your experience; I know why this happened, it was topical steroids use that damaged my system so that now any exposure to them will reset my system and I’ll have to start healing all over again.
Yes it would take them too long to find out what it really is....and causes etc. Feel your pain. Thank you for your video...really appreciate it.❤️
sometimes we need a good vent session. happy 2024 to you too.
What does adult eczema look like? I’m trying to distinguish if mine is eczema or TSW. I had no eczema since I was 21 then got really itchy eyes when I was 40 and the doctor gave me a mild cortisone cream. Then I got a patch on my arm that started spreading. I don’t have the eczema in the usual places you did as a kid like elbows and behind the knees. It’s around my eyes and mouth, back of shoulders, inner thighs, nipples etc so I’m wondering if it is TSW but I don’t understand how!
so tough to say... a dr will probably say eczema, that's their catch all DX. But I've been hearing stories of folks supposedly never having eczema, started to show TSW symptoms after an exposure to steroids. Wondering if there's something to it..not dislike people reactive to antiboitics because they over script them in general, so people bodies react. But Im not sure.
Cool to see the progress
I got it on my back I didn’t even notice I just felt a huge pain when laying down on my right side then felt like it was moist it was ozzing and itchy I finally looked in the mirror and it was it but it had crusted over and began to heal
That's crazy; but glad it worked itself out without too much issue. I've only ever gotten it on my face, I think that's the most common spot. Also the most alarming because it can hurt your eyes if you don't get it treated and it reaches the eyes.
I enjoyed watching and this is my first visit to your channel. You have a great personality. I just subscribed and I look forward to tuning in again soon 💖
aw thank you so much!

THE DEER IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD EATS ALL OF MY GARDEN I TRY EVERYTHING TO KEEP THEM AWAY😢😅😅
Deer
We live in a ‘town’ urban enough that I’ve never seen a deer in the over 4yrs I’ve lived here. I’m thinking a disgruntled woodchuck maybe. Seen them eat my blooms in the past. Pretty bold to go for the one on the porch steps tho!
<3
I appreciate the visuals!! 👏👏I’m a visual learner myself. It’s going to be beautiful!
Sooo much rain!!! 😵💫 Praying for both our gardens 😳🙏🏻
