Three individuals recount their experiences leaving jail or prison and reacclimating to family life. The Road Back is a series of videos about the challenges, and victories, encountered after incarceration. One of the biggest obstacles for this group is finding employment. Employers see them as high-risk, yet they are often the most loyal and hardworking employees, qualities businesses otherwise value. We hope The Road Back will help families, friends, and the general public understand what it takes to successfully reenter society. Things that many take for granted don't come easy to these men and women.
