    This was a very fun project to watch. Looking forward to seeing the finale. The 80 will dig a deep hole and do it pretty quick too. Gotta ask. If you could only have one machine…….40 or 80? Something in between like maybe a 57?

    You can run one of these things if your a scarty cat lol I saw a great big one with a big big bucket and he was working building a over pass and u know how steep they are with a big road under it but he was half way down sitting on that big slope and could barley reach the bottom . He would get a full bucket and spin around and dump on top. (Crazy) . I wouldn’t be able to mow for the state either with all those steep slopes

    Very interesting and fun to watch project! The 80 really does shine in this application. I look forward to watching you put this back together! How much concrete are you going to pour to seal in the new pipe?

      It is being a fun project. I don't know how much concrete he is planning on pouring. My customer is taking care of that part of it. He is planning on making a plywood form to contain the concrete. Have a wonderful day 😊

    Jerry l have been watching your channel for some time and admire your operating skills. Your machines seem to fit you like a pair of good gloves. I have a mini x for my own use (and of course those friends and neighbors odd jobs and favors). Your comments about the views in the area you work and live are appreciated and understood. I spent 3 years in the K. Falls area in the Air Force in the 60’s. Lots of weekends hunting, fishing,camping and such. Met many awesome locals and made lifetime friends . Still in touch. One couple relocated to Central Point which is probably not far from you. Visited them during a round the country tour in ‘06. Sure is pretty country. Keep up the good work and vids. Jim

    Very relaxing to watch the artist at work. Your skills are amazing my friend. Sure would be nice to have a patch of flat land. I do very much like the forested hills though, even though they're crawling with poison oak, scorpions, and rattlesnakes 🤠

    Watching material spool off the blade like shavings from a finely tuned wood plane is something I never get tired of... Also, I find that I'm happy enough with the productivity and results in scraping with my mini and a wide grading bucket. Sure, a skid steer or dozer is also excellent for that job, but if you can get it done with one machine and be close to the same efficiency, it's not a hard decision.

    People who have never run an excavator think a dozer would be better for that and yeah you might have done it 1 hour quicker but that 75hp excavator is cheaper to run than a 75hp dozer as your motor is not always fully loaded or at full throttle and your tracks only move 10% of dozer track movement for the same job

      @johnkemp4370 I like it on the excavator because you can put more down pressure with the excavator, and you can reach places that the skidsteer can't reach. The same auger can be used on an excavator or skidsteer. You just need a different mount. 🙂

    It’s a pleasure to watch you work your machines, Jeramy. One of the first chores I did with my U35 was bury the remains of an old house I had burned years ago. I found out the hard way I needed more hole than I thought. Have a great day.

      @05450x the trash he is still taking to the landfill, but he is putting some concrete and rocks and several brush burn piles. I generally I don't like burying things. It seems to always get sink holes as time goes by. Thanks for watching, and have a wonderful weekend 😀
