Why is the iron dry function shorter time than the other drying options

Honestly, it’s frustrating that a UA-camr provides better information and actual instructions, instead of Candy themselves.

I am trying to understand how it works, read the instraction a lot of times and still it is not clear for me. When I set up the end time and the temperature light is switched off at the end of the set time does this mean that the oven is off although the inside light is still on? I think it is still working and if I leave the food for longer time it might be burnt.
