@@claudiahansen4938 yes, so I’ve heard with Toll Brothers. Make sure to still get those inspections in. Are you documenting the process as well?

@@TyreeKingHomeTours , yes, I created a notebook with dividers containing all key documents and communications, floor plans, structural and design choices, maps, sources for items we will need to buy like a new bed, new sofa, one additional TV etc. Have written summaries of the design session to document, as well. Not creating a video blog, that's why your video is so helpful! Our real estate agent will shoot photos of the build, as we are not within easy reach of the build.

What was the total $$$ upgrade amount? And what was the "base" price? Thanks.
