These policies are wrecking balls as was proven companies like Vox. They trumpet protections of AB5 when it was signed and laid off hundreds of IC’s when they figured out what the law would do in real world terms.

Thank you for sharing! May I know if someone with this visa can work outside Canada while working remotely under this ICT permit? For example if the ICT permit holder decides to work from home in Europe (let say 6 months) while still reporting to their office in Canada and pay Canadian income taxes.
