Yes you can, should turn out nice with cinder blocks as well.
I know some people are fine with these open wire floors. I also know some research supports its benefits, BUT would you want to walk on this in your home? Chickens are woodland creatures that like dirt and leaves and scratching. Not a fan.

Your feet were not made for shoes, yet you wear them. You were not made to fly, but you destroy the planet when you travel. Just like everything in this world you adapt to your environment, so do chickens. Do you eat turkey? The male turkey can not breed the hen because they were bred for the size of their breast meat. Each hen has to be hand bred by people. How's that for not natural? My point is everything adapts to it's situation. The chicken coop is really nice.
