Hey my battery drains when i hit the throttle (or at least thats what the indicator says while its flashing empty) and then shows a full battery when the scooter inevitability stops. It doesnt show me a fault code so im not quite sure what component has a fault. Any ideas?

What if you can’t get the scooter to power on in the first place how can you reset it?

I cannot find my remote control. Does that mean I cannot reset my filter indicator?

It would have been helpful the hear the noise it was making before they did this. Mine is a 6 Gallon Bauer and is making a noise like a jet engine at warm up. I'm guessing my problem is worse than the need for lubrication. Bauer says they think something might be stuck in the motor. Good guess but that is where the help ended.
