I have questions! 1. If I wake up 45-30 minutes before my alarm but need that 30-45 minutes to get a full 8 hours of sleep.. should I go back to sleep or just stay awake? (idk anything about REM cycles) 2. Is there a particular category of humans that need more sleep? Women? Larger people? People with lower resting heart rates? or does it just all depend?
spot on!! we recently got an actual alarm clock with built in white sound so, we can leave our phones outside of the bedroom. It's the best.
