Hi Goldy 🙋♀️😊, Yes I understand and I agree I need to do my own research because even though we have some similar symptoms we have completely different issues. Like for me I have narrowed it down to severe acid reflux so changing my diet will help control these symptoms. I have noticed the difference when eating healthy. Also I have gluten sensitivity so I do feel better not eating gluten. I do pray you find what works for you to heal your gut. 😉😊 take care and God Bless ❤

Hi Goldy, It's been a while since I last text. But I have watched all your videos. I did watch the video where you show some of the items you are taking to help with your gut health. I appreciate any information you may have it's all helpful. I did go to the GI doctor, only spoke to his NP nurse practitioner. Have to say I was disappointed. When I told her some of the symptoms I was experiencing she said they were not from leaky gut. What I have come to realize is that I have severe acid reflux and that is what is giving me the dizziness, lightheadness and shaking. I told her that when I take liquid Prednisone (1 tsp) and 5ml of benadryl it stops the symptoms and she said something else was going on that she didn't know what it was. So I just to change my diet and eat healthy and not eat gluten and fried foods to help stop the symptoms and heal my gut. Always good to see you and baby. God Bless ❤😊
I'm so glad to hear from you Margie! I'm glad you are figuring things out with your health. The thing is, leaky gut is not recognized by doctors. You would have to see a Functional Medicine Doctor and I know it can be costly. In any case, Eating healthier will surely help us all. We want to reduce anything that causes inflammation. There are a lot of functional medicine doctors on youtube that can give you better information than I can. I've looked at taking Betaine HCl, Tudca bile salts, and couple other things for acid reflux before but I never did. Only people who have reduced levels of stomach acid (“hypochlorhydria”) should take betaine HCl; this condition can be diagnosed by a doctor. I don't want to steer you the wrong way but you can ask your doctor or look into those to see if they would help. Bless you Margie. Stay well☺

That's a loaded question. I've moved around a lot and simply found it easier not to carry the weight of it. That said, we are looking for furniture but I like good things and so I'm trying to find beautiful items that are within my budget. Hope that helps. All the best to you and thanks for being here

I did catch Covid 🤦♀️ Feb 12th but I got over that in about a month and then I got sick with a cold 🤦♀️ I took a bath and was doing a pedicure and felt hot so I turned the AC on and I am very sensitive to the cold so then I started with a sore throat and sneezing 🤦♀️😄. But I'm better now 😊👍. Oh by the way I found out what was causing me to have so many allergic reactions. It turns out I have leaky gut and so it creates problems when I eat certain foods so I am going to eat bland foods like nothing fried, no sugar or gluten. Things like that to give my gut a chance to heal. Anyway it feels good to finally know what was causing me so much sickness. I pray Blessinga over you and baby 💖💖. God Bless 🙏
@@margieloya5018 My goodness. Margie I believe I have leaky gut as well. Not diagnosed but simply through my own research. I have recently experienced allergic reactions and have never been sensitive to anything before. Doctors usually don't diagnose or help you with leaky gut (except a functional medicine Doctor.) So I'm glad you have discovered this. Wishing you well Margie. I'm sure we'll figure this out. ☺

I prayed and ask God to show me what was going on because Goldy my symptoms caused me shakiness, dizziness and feeling i would faint. I went to the doctor so many times and several times to the ER and none of these doctors not even my Allergist knew what was causing me to have so many allergic reactions but God revealed to me that it was leaky gut. So I did like you, I researched and yes I read that the American Medical Association does not acknowledge leaky gut as an illness. It is healed by eating healthy and staying away from those foods that trigger. So as long as we eat healthy we can live a normal life. So happy to hear from you and see your new video 😊. Oh I forgot to tell you that I take Pantoprazole ( an anti acid medication) first thing when I get up (it coats my stomach) and it is helping me from getting those symptoms from leaky gut. Now I have been told Panteprozole is not good to take for along period of time but it is the only thing working. So once I have been on a eating regimen that is healthy I hope to be able to not have to rely on the Panteprozole. Not sure of that's something you may want to consider. Please let me know if just by eating healthy helps in healing your gut. I'm hoping with time I wont have to rely medication. 🙏😊

Oh I love your videos my name is Barbara I am Joe's wife I am a foster mom having my first baby I. Am due May 20th I have a question about your crib mattresses could you make a video of them? Are they waterproof are they firm or soft? What do you recommend for a newborn for a mattress?

Congratulations Barbara!! My mattresses are from ikea. I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending anything I haven't tried myself. I can only say that I remember being very concerned with looking for a firm and breathable mattress but I settled on pretty basic ones and I have not had any issues. They are not waterproof. I got waterproof covers for them and that helps because there will be accidents🙃. Ie. You will definitely need a waterproof cover if they are not waterproof. Hope this helps. I pray you and baby are doing well and are happy. I have been sick with allergic reactions but found out it was one of the blood pressure medications I was taking as soon as I stopped I stopped having the allergic reactions. So I am so thankful about that. Sorry about your eye I pray it resolves itself and disappears. Sometimes cysts can do that. Take Goldy praying for only the best for you and baby ❤

I tend to overthink and question myself a lot too and I feel like the more I do, the more I start to doubt my ability to change and I end up procrastinating. I don’t know if you enjoy podcasts but I think you would like the episode Your Thoughts Create Your Reality, she talks about how your thoughts towards yourself and your mindset contributes to how your outer world appears it’s really interesting :)

I loved you letting baby put all this bags of chips in the cart ( he was having a blast) and then waiting to see if your husband noticed ☺. Baby behaves so good at the stores and at home of course but I remember you saying his little personality is showing him wanting to show his independence 😊 and wants to push back a little an do it his way 😊. That's part of the developing process. Also dont get stressed about wanting to do all of these things, do what you can with the time you have, really that's all we can do. You are enough Goldy, you have a good heart and those you love that are in your life should be appreciative of you. Life is short to be stressed, we need to relax an enjoy everyday as much as possible because as life goes things happen in our lives that can be stressful, hopefully they a re few. ❤❤. Hi Goldy 🙋♀️😊, Thanks for another sweet video it's always good to see you and baby 🙂. I have not had good Christmases since my Mother died on June 2021. I always made her priority for all Holidays and all my vacation time so she would not be alone. I am at peace knowing she is in Heaven 🙏🙂. After Mom died I was sick for over 2 years with allergic reactions till I found what was causing them. Now I'm alot better but I did go to the ER on Friday. I thought I was having an allergic reaction to Amoxicillin but it turns out it was from preservatives in some butter Toffee popcorn I bought at a Dollar Tree 🤦♀️. Anyway I took my medication from my Allergist so by the time I was seen in the ER the medicine had already stopped the reaction. I am better but I still have to be careful, I never know what will make me sick so I try to be as careful as I can 🤷♀️. Anyway I do watch Christmas movies I like the romantic ones 😊 and the comedy. I make sure I have something good to eat and some sweet treat to enjoy the Holiday. I hope you have a Wonderful Christmas too. Having Baby always makes the Holidays special. You are Blessed to have him, and get all the unconditional Love from him ❤❤😊

I understand about having to use those printing machines. What I do is ask someone to show me ☺ they are willing to help most of the time. But I get like that too with new technology 🙂

When we look at them and see the innocence and happy spirits and see their little personalities being silly it does bring laughter and that is healing. The Bible says laughter is like a medicine. I always try to remember to watch a funny movie or a comedy sitcom before I go to bed so go to bed happy ☺

Hi Goldy, So good to see you and baby. When I played your video the music its so uplifting and happy. As always I enjoy seeing a video from you pop up 😊. Texas is a beautiful state I have not traveled Texas like I wish could have done. Texas is usually really nice in the month of April as winter is leaving and the warmer months are coming so the temp is so perfect most of the time as we all know weather can change things but for the most part April is good time to visit or move 😊. Summers are usually hot and humid so that's no fun unless you like the hot weather 🤷♀️😊. For myself I can't see myself ever moving to another state, however some people do move out of Texas and love a new state so it all depends where your heart is and you're most comfortable and happy 😊. I hope you were able to get some rest you seemed really tired. Please take care of your self not only body and mind but emotionally and spiritually too. You are beautifully and wonderfully made (I didnt say that God did 😉 (but I agree 😊) so he loves you and sees you, you are his special creation ❤.

Hi Goldy 🙋♀️😊, I am doing ok. I live in the great state of Texas and we had the worst summer heat that I can remember. We stayed in the 3 digit numbers for almost 6 months which is the longest I can remember. I am so happy that the cooler months are here now maybe we'll have 5 months of cold weather 🙏🙂. Even though I don't like cold and rain ❄🌧 🙂. Goldy I just want you to know you are a beautiful smart sweet person I dont know what you are going through but sometimes it's not you sometimes it could be someone else causing stress, causing you to doubt yourself. Dont allow another person to make you feel you dont have worth and value because you do. 🙏💖

Hi Goldy, I loved watching your time with your family and all the love and kisses baby received from everyone. I felt you were so at peace seeing everyone and spending time with family brings so much healing and strength. I do realize that it was bitter sweet because of the loss of your brother its always so difficult to relive those memories. I pray you got some healing from the love you received from you loved ones. Sorry about your windshield hope your honey will have it fixed for you. I recently had a small rock hit a small crack on my windshield it hurts because I don't want it to run and get larger. Happy you, baby and Bf are back home and safe 😊❤❤❤. Looking forward to the next video 😉

Hi Goldy 😊, Yes children are learning their independence and are excited about being able to walk and explore with wonder in their eyes and at times push to see how far they can go which as a good parent means holding back the reins. So they learn boundries which is what they need to understand and at times they dont like it 😄. You are doing a wonderful job. Keep making your videos I so enjoy. Have a Blessed week. Goldy I want to tell you in regards to my last text about my allergic reactions . My allergies are due to a blood pressure medication I had taken for over 25 years. It happens sometimes. In addition i also have allergies from broken down preservatives ( I have to make sure the date is 4 to 6 months before food expires because the preservatives begin to breakdown and are no longer keeping the food fresh ( for someone like me). People that dont have issues can eat anything even if the preservatives are expired. Also I have allergic reactions to certain medications. I wanted to explain my type of allergies so you would know. So certain meds plus food (the broken down preservatives). 😊❤
