Margie, there are so many competitors in the beauty business. Avon is not so well recognized as it was 15 to 20 years ago. The younger consumers have allegiance to Sephora or Ulta stores. Avon may well be facing a slippery slope.

Why not give out calendars as was the Avon tradition for many years??
