I can't be the only one who thinks this is more ominous then when it had music.

I couldn’t get Eury’s vocals completely out or else Scylla’s lines wouldn’t be able to finish. So I just imagine this is what Odysseus is hearing since he was blocking out emotions and Eurylochus’s words at the time.

before this, i never saw an animatic for scylla and I never realized that odysseus actually sacrificed six men. i thought he was running around the ship trying to save them, but he just stood at the mast. this song is a lot deeper then i thought, i finally know what scylla meant by “we are the same, you and i”

Imagine just going through a creepy lair,your captain starts singing for no reason and then everyone starts harmonising. Then you get murdered i guess.

This would be cool with water noises and Scylla-feasting noises. The parts in between where Scylla was rising up felt a bit empty without the splashing of the water. But overall very good!!

Scylla's scream singing sound even more beautifully terrifying without the instrumental music and if I could i would set it as my ring tone

Scylla reveal from 1:34 to 1:55 is honest to god even MORE terrifying without music, just the slowly unraveling of her monstrous body and the knowledge of what they are seeing sink in... I've never been more scared of Scylla then in that moment

When writing songs, the same principles are used as when writing poetry, in the latter silence is important when reciting, I think this version of the song explains that very well.

This feels more like a horror movie like this. The chills I got!
