Hello friends.
I'm a big music fan from Germany and I'm a child of the 80's. This channel mainly contains rare remixes and videos from the 70's, the 80's and the 90's. I have not monetized any content on my channel, all work is voluntary. I simply consider myself an amateur and my big hobby is creating music mixes.
All my remixes are created by me with passion and joy. I work either with Audacity, Nero Editor, Adobe Audition and FL Studio. Everything is done manually without having to resort to mechanical techniques.
My tracks are based on original singles or extended versions, but I often add additional instrumental details or musical elements from recording studios or other versions. Some remixes are from other great DJs from around the world.
It is my great pleasure to share my creations with all of you. I hope you enjoy it. Thank you!

"The Promise You Made" is a fantastic 1985 song by American band "Cock Robin", written by lead singer Peter Kingsbery and produced by Steve Hillage. It appeared on the album of the same name.
The song is about marriage vows. Unlike its predecessor, "When Your Heart Is Weak" Kingsbery sang the song together with band member Anna LaCazio. The original title has a playing time of 3:52 minutes.

I like the rearanged rythm/sound. Thou the intro is bit too long. When doing remixes/extended versions it is always important to do tge production Tight. Dont let it slide out in too long or "boring" difference from the original. You clearly have tallent, but maybe should have someone else listen to the result, befor releasing it on UA-cam ?

Sound too Synthetic.ELO is popular because of the sound production and the great melodies This take a great song and strip it of its groove and substance. As a B Side in a single...fair enough. But a a modern remix, knowing the ability we have now vs late 70s, this just becomes a Pale remix.
Thank you for your opinion. You're right, ELO primarily stands for melody. I always try to keep as much original as possible. This time I just tried it this way. Next time I'll do it bedder.
