I read DK's article on the Birmingham game. It's a good article but Scott didn't get the yellow for kicking the ball. It was Flood. The announcers made a mistake but corrected themselves later in the game.

Gotta say that both goals were absolutely preventable. While we didn't look the best throughout the match, goal 1 should have been saved by Shutler. The second was due to a small mistake by Miles. However, it could have also been 4-0 or 5-0 headed into halftime. We looked slow in possession and had an overall lack of urgency that was clear and apparent throughout the match. Ben Norris' red card was a bit harsh, solely given that he wasn't looking at the player when he lunged in for the ball. Granted, a fair argument can be made for it to be a red, but I think a yellow would have also been appropriate. We were thoroughly unlucky to not get 1 back, but overall we were just not good enough here. 2-0 is more than generous for our performance during this match. We never looked like we could scrounge more than a 1 or 2 goal defeat in this thing. Happy we weren't battered like LAFC over the weekend. Here's to this Saturday's match! Hopefully time at home with family will do the players well and they storm to a win this weekend.

Dylan said Ferree should have gone out and maybe fouled the guy. Who knows he could saved the PK lol. Just when you thought Dylan knew what he was talking about (palm to face) First goal went through 5 defenders. Last goal goes through 3. Defenders have let OC down. Plus, not being able to put the ball on target. 10 shots and only 1 on target is horrendous.
