hey girl loved your content and i appreciate you for being so open and courageous about the step you are taking. would love to support you throughout your journey. my question is how you can get out of this imposter syndrome, even though i try to change my thinking but my emotional body language shows it all, so it looks okay to isolate from people and not communicating because i know i am gonna giveup or feel weak or embarrassed. so self-isolation is best to avoid all of it. it all just stresses me out and i am distancing myself from showing emotions. its not like i can show what i am hiding for all these years. its not them, it was never ever have been them, its all in me. i am extra sensitive. btw you are so eloquent, keep going, will be watching your content!! you go girll!
thank you so much for your comment and your support, it means a lot to me. i would say my answer is to do it scared, there's no guarantee that the fear won't be there but the goal is to push through it regardless. i think the emotional body language is okay, it's okay to be extra sensitive because it proves that your heart is invested. too much isolation can be detrimental so put yourself out there for those just like you to see themselves in you. thanks you again for the compliments i appreciate you ❤️
I know everything About the fear of being seen i recognize it as a complete Illusion i even know about spotlight affect But Again! With all this knowledge i still can't show up there's something about My whole being I didn't accept it yet ... i'm completely Safe with this! it doesn't even bothers me

Thank you for sharing this especially the more vulnerable moments about your sophomore year. I know when I went through something similar, hearing people share their vulnerable moments like this really helped me understand that those feelings are temporary. Also on the topic of authenticity, I have definitely noticed that people are often very afraid to be themselves, yet simultaneously will be jealous of others who are unafraid and I just find that whole dynamic very interesting
