Adding to the criticism here, the darkhounds have looked like garbage ever since they were updated. They went from gaunt, lipless creatures with a unique model and their own zombielike animations to some goofy colors pasted onto a happy wolf. It makes me sad af

Yeah it's kind of a missed opportunity. Back in classic, bears and cats had visuals that involved a ghostly version of wild bears and cats casting the spell-- I believe it was rip and maul? but they've been moving away from that for some time. Would have been cool to have an updated version.

As cool as the Evoker hero talents are, I definitely feel left out as a fan of the Green flight. Not just because it's being pushed down a bit in Preservation due to the emphasis on Bronze magic, but because I don't heal much and was hoping for a little green flavor in the DPS tree. Green dragons have always had poison effects so a DOT based tree definitely would fit.

I wish the owl would circle around its radius, much like the Sentinel talent did back in Legion. And I wish it used the green spirit owl model, since that is THE sentinel owl look. I think that if the spell effects for the Sentinel implosions and Lunar Storm were also green, much like the original Wrath spell effect, they would fit non-night elf races more, as the whole thing could be passed off as nature magic that the hunter learned to wield, while night elf hunters could still envision it as a gift from Elune. Maybe they would need to rename Lunar Storm though. Edit: Apparently the owl does fly in circles on the PTR patch now. :3

Ghost pirates with cannot fire or a ghost ship barrage is what we deserved.

Definitely feel like this should've been showcased with Prot Warrior, simply for one reason. Thunderclap is a core part of their gameplay loop, and so you would rarely if ever hold off on using Thunder Blast. The sheer volume of lightning blowing up everywhere with that spec is amazing.

It looks so cool but its mostly passive and in that way I like Sanlayn better because its interactive This ones hard to pass up thouvh

against all odds, this is the hero spec I chose, I am a main priest, I never expected to get hyped by Evoker but here we are, I tried it for fun on the mannequins and now I'm in love. Scale commander is absolute fun aswell.

This is easily the best of all the classes. Thematically, the ones ones that are comparable are Diabolist and then very loosely the fire mage one.
