first thing I saw him in was 'Streets of Fire'..I cant even remember any of his lines because I was struck by how interesting his FACE was. So, by the time I see him in "To Live and Die in LA" I was an immediate fan because his role as Rick Masters was such a 180 from his role in "Streets". Even when he was saying nothing, his face, ONCE AGAIN, said everything about what he was thinking. He's such a fascinating actor because he thrives in being strong thru showing how vulnerable and transparent he is being at any given moment. I LOVE him in 'The Boondock Saints' as well. His role as the gay detective, was WILD!

Thank you for this, Pedro. Such a genuine and profound conversation. Willem Dafoe is such a powerful and interesting actor - and he seems like a genuinely good guy. The way he speaks to this audience, wholeheartedly, speaks volumes.. It shows his love for people.

William Defoe is a wonderful actor but I can’t get past Pedro’s adorable wee face. And I love how he takes his own personality down a notch and lets his guest shine. Unlike some me me me’s ( MM ) who want front and centre stage even when they have nothing of any sense to say.

Two of my favorites, Dafoe and Pascal. Funny and interesting guys.My favorite Dafoe movie has to be Platoon. I have had a lot of family that have served in the military from WWII all the way to Afghanistan.. William played the part so well. These two are hilarious together. Very intelligent conversation. Enjoyable program.

Wow what a surprise!! I just fell in love…….he is humble, content with who he is,easy talker and looks at life with a practical philosophy. And best of all he is “bubbly” and energetic.
