@@howdeedoesit8167 not sure how I missed your comment, sorry about it taking so long. Ok, so I recently got a color scoop and a super scoop. I keep telling myself to stop because they're so expensive, and then I go and do it again, anyway. My last color scoop was decent, but there were quite a few gels that are just not usable. I like getting the color scoops because I can't ever decide which colors I want and I guess I like the element of surprise 😂. But my last 2 super scoops, were actually a bummer. I got pretty much the exact same items in each super scoop. I don't really even know what I was hoping for, but the majority of what was in it, was all alcohol inks and little water color packs. I might have gotten 1 or 2 gels, but the rest was all the same items. I've got so much stuff, I honestly am thinking about trying to just give some away. I don't have a UA-cam going yet. I think I have 1 swatch video on my account, but that's all. I'm on Instagram @ampdnails2022 in case you ever wanna chat or anything, and that's the channel on here I'm working on, hopefully soon. Anyways, I've got a ridiculous amount of tips, mostly round, tapered coffin, tapered Stiletto and then the tips that you use for acrylic. I did get 1 thing of acrylic finally, to go along with the 5 bottles of monomer I now have 😂. I actually have 1 more color scoop and 1 more super scoop, I should be getting by the end of the week, so I'm hoping it's better than the last 2. My tracking on USPS has said "label created" since Friday, so I'm thinking it'll hopefully get sent out today and I'll have it by the end of the week. I got the king lamp with those 2 scoops, so I'm hoping it'll be a great order all the way around.

With glue I didn’t try. In the video I have nail tabs on and it was sitting high. I liked the fit better when I applied them directly to my nail because I had the chance to taper the cuticle area. That’s what I would do moving forward if I made press ons with them to keep it looking like it’s growing from my nail bed vs something slapped on my nail. I hope that makes sense. Great question. When I am doing my nails to stay on then I would properly prep my nails. When creating content, I skip the full prep. I may clean up any hang nails or skin but I leave my nail bed alone. I then go straight into the pop off method - oil on the nail followed by 1-2 layers of top coat. Hello. You can use any full cover nail tips and do it the way I did in the video, the lazy girl method. You can use poly gel or acrylic to do it this way (you may have to size up for the fit). This way will reduce the filing you would possibly have to do to the nail after you pop the form off if you go that route. Either way will work.
