      @@Itsbigcyn after wigging bone straight. Best way to trim it with clipper or scissors to achieve equal and sharp cut edge .

      Create a non-disclosure agreement that both you & the other business signs to keep things organized & professional. If something happens, either one of you can go to court about it.

    hey! what size needle and thread did you use while working with the sewing machine?

      Hey friend! 90/14 is the needle size. As far as the thread I just use all purpose thread from Simthread [on Amazon] + the pre wound bobbins from the same brand. A size for that isn’t listed necessarily.

      For ghost wig making only: $100 per wig. If you make 10 wigs, you’ve made $1,000. 100 x 10 = 1,000

      Shahida dear, the machine I’m using is one of the easiest for beginners to start with. I want you to just push through & practice as much as you can - I promise you’ll get better!

      Usually wig caps come in one size (typically medium) and you adjust them on a canvas head according to the clients measurements! I do offer wig caps that come in size medium and large on www.bubblegumtreats.com

      @@julianaadjei1158 no problem. Qfitt is a good wig cap to start out with. They have standard size caps (medium) & xtra large. You can find them in your local beauty supply or on Amazon!

    I love making wigs, I had to drive 13 hours to get a one-on-one and my teacher specializes in helping clients with hair loss, plus she gave me her vendor and the hair is amazing.

    You threaded it wrong for the bobbin, it’s supposed to go around the thingy clockwise, that’s why it shows the arrow as it leaves!

      My pleasure friend! The V is the front of the head/cap. The wider part would be the nape. the cap contours the canvas better when it’s placed as such because technically this is the correct way.

    hello! i’ve noticed that when i single weft towards the top/crown of the head, it tends to sew on kind of lumpy and bumpy. does this ever happen to you?

      In the beginning for me, yes! There is less space at the top of the wig so you may be stretching the cap as you sew without realizing it. This can cause bulking. Be conscious of stretching the cap and try sewing at a lower speed.

      Yes Chidera! The size of your wig depends on the canvas head and wig cap you use, not the sewing machine.

    You guys don't know how gut wrenching it is for my to expose by belly to the public but here we are 😭 I can't tell you exactly where this gut came from but I'm determined to get rid of it.       Welcome! It’s my pleasure. There are 2 that came with the machine; one labeled with the letter C and the other, letter I. I’m using the C presser foot. It’s the bigger one of the two. I hope that helps.

    may be a stupid question but how do you keep the cap open while you're sewing ? lol I want to try to make a wig on a sewing machine but I am scared of sewing the cap together lmao

      🤣Not stupid, but there is a piece of the bed of the sewing machine that you can slide on and off. You’ll slide that part off and then the part that’s remaining will go inside of the wig cap. So, one part of the wig cap will be on top of the flat bed and the other side of the wig cap will be underneath. I hope that makes sense 😬
