Can I paint my viynl tiled living room floor with this paint?

Is it possible to mix it more runny, not bothered about drying time. I want to fill a 1 inch diameter pipe then insert a 10mm rebar into the pipe. If I don't use this I will use self leveling compound that will be easy to pour in but wont dry very quickly or be a strong as an Epoxy Concrete. I want the pipe a rigid as possible for dead hangs.

I have ordered the resin coat metallic paint. I have been watching lots of videos on how to create metallic epoxy countertops including those from other brands. To be honest, the examples they gave are much more attractive than your example video . Would your metallic epoxy products allow me to do the layering methods. I have seen in other videos, or is this the only method to use with your epoxy to complete my countertop

Tim told you his expected usage and what he intends to do on the floor, and you ignored what he said and replied "7 years under normal conditions". What do you class as normal conditions, and how long would it last under the conditions Tim stated?
