I just noticed his tail wagging like as if he was a month old puppy 😅 just happy to be loved..I can't imagine dogs like this still get abandoned to a shelter or let loose ...after 6-7 years that's a whole lifetime to a dog,it's all it knows,a home and owner. To get thrown out or left somewhere sucks 😢
