Assalamualaikum.... SSC is not for residential investor....its only for commercial investor......inki planning aisi ha k 5 marla 42 se 38 pe aa gya ha.... sector 2 after 1 year bhi profit na hony k barabar ha...ye sirf SSC ki management ki anthak mehanat ki waja se he mumkin howa....

Govt procedures chalty rehty han no doubt lengthy hoty han but society ko apna home work bhi tu karna tha....abhi tak i think single brick bhi nahi lagai residential area ma.... sewerage electricity optical cable etc wo tu shuru karty.....har cheez ko lengthy karna achi baat nahi ....map.....NOC.... balloting..... development....NOC k ilawa koi cheez Govt ne nahi Karni...ye inho ne he Karni ... management bhi Govt ki speed se he kam rahi ha ... Again thank you....we are waiting for good news development n balloting side ....

Management ki planning hamy tu samjh nahi aa rahi...har cheez ko lengthy kar dety han...NOC shukar ha aa gya phir Map ki batti k Pichy lagy rahy ...ab development & balloting... balloting 1 kanal k plots ki kar rahy han in Dec yehi speed rahi tu 5 marla waly ka number tu 2027 ma aaye ga....day by day cheezen mehangi hu rahi han after 1 or 2 years development charges kahan exist karen gy ....Jo pehly aya osy sab se last ma rakh diya or Jo bad ma aye unhy accommodate kar rahy.... commercial last ma aya unhy pehly de diya .ab kanal ki blotting phir 10 marla phir 7 marla phir 5 marla... absolutely wrong decision
