The Speakers and the clerks have their seats. The majority group and their leaders, as well as the minority group and their leaders also have their seats. It is indisputable without any chaos. It is, therefore, disingenuous for Bagbin or anyone to pretend not to know the accepted tradition of seating in the house. The refusal of Bagbin or his inability to determine the seating positions of MPs clearly signals lack of leadership and responsibilities.
