Great video….quick question, you said you used a bead for sound. The bead doesn’t move even thought the free rig weight does. Is it pegged??
@@josephhrnciar9376 the bead covers the knot , so it doesn't slide as much ... but when the weight hits the bead it clacks .

Its a glass bead from WOO tungsten , I add a bead to give the bait some extra clack when bass are feeding on bluegill.

I have a jig just like that. Try using a pearl white zoom fat Albert grub. The little curly tail at the end gives it some sweet action. Caught a few 5+ pounders with it using it the same way you explained using the one in your video. Beautiful little lure setup brother, keep slayin ‘em💪💯

Need to use a loop knot to give the action a little freedom. The straight retrieve will be smoother and the twitching will be a lot more choppy but stable when twitching the rod tip down
