@@smalladdictionsrc6060 I’m in the UK and Losi aren’t showing us any love
RC's need to up their game with in car cameras married to virtual headsets.
There are some made by fms. But it would be cool to see more bigger companies try it out
@@smalladdictionsrc6060definitely
Why don’t you cut the springs like we do in atv flat track racing
Love this rc but we don’t have anywhere to run it in Rome ny area

@@joebiv318 oh that's not bad at all...cool I'm going to make and order....

I am new to this hobby as I had a RC car at Amaya Hotshot over 20 years ago just getting back into it bottom mudboss setup and also looking at a Sprint car set-up can you do a build of a Sprint car for beginners
Awesome instructions! can i use the slash 2wd ford raptor? i picked it up down at your store last weekend. got my mudboss body in the mail today, thank you!! but i didnt realize you guys use the slash model #58024 ? can i use slash model # 58094 ? i didnt realize there was a difference . or is it just a body and bumper diff? any advice is greatly appreciated guys. thanks so much for the quick mail on the mudboss body!
also got my 2.5 posts in the mail also .thx
Traxxas really blew it with the servo mount. Why didn't they lay it down inside the chassis with an arm through a slot? I'm not fond of the idea of the servo being dragged through the mud, so to speak. Solves the body problem, too.
If you spray the wraps sticky side with water before applying it will eliminate the issue of air bubbles.
Excellent video chris
wish i woulda known about that servo thing ... woulda rather done that then cut out that body section..
What about bleeding?
How can I contact small addictions rc for a mudboss body
So what size is that damn set screw on the front body post? I don't have anything that small. Any ideas what to use in place?
What camber and toe do you use?
I ask the same question.
“A lot “ lmao 😂
The servo flip to the bottom of the chassis, is that allowed in stock class?
Yes.
Are these shock changes permitted for spec class or is this for one of the other classes?
Yes, the shock changes are just set up. You should not have any issues following these.
Does someone have a template for the mudboss body?
keep notes of all changes to the car and track conditions and what the effects were, like he mentioned spend the $10 and buy an aluminum shock plier Get the Low Center of Gravity chassis, it makes a huge difference
Legal in spec mudboss?
@@trevorfurlotte idk but im guessing that it is since he mentioned it and said what to do for it. I would just double check with your local track to make sure though.
Look up the rules
What kind of media are u using for the print? Air release? Also is this body just for slashes? I run pro modified at my track but i have a sc5m. There the mudking!!! Not a boss lol!!!
Yes, this is automotive grade wrap vinyl. Much easier to use than a traditional graphic vinyl. These bodies are precut for the 2wd Slash, however I have seen people modify them to use on other platforms.
@@smalladdictionsrc6060 ok thank you. I like the style of body vs some of the other sc mod bodies but i dont like traxxas cars lol so i was just wondering if it could fit. I am a wrap installer by trade so i was juat curious on what was used. I see alot of decals for rc not being air release. Maybe for cost reasons idk. Air release wraps are alot easier to install haha.
Would a near bye hobby shop wrap it for me?
How do you paint your mud boss body
You can also paint the body with Lexan RC paint. You would paint on the inside.
@@smalladdictionsrc6060 thank you
very helpful video thank you very much.
Not the lcg chassis?
LCG chassis would be the same except you use 4" front body posts.
Where would you find such a squeegee
Look at fellers.com. that gold squeegee is a 3m brand. They also make some with felt stiched on.
Do the bolts come with it. And do u need to put in the header panel bc I seen some people not even use em?
You get bolts with the body
