Giving you my personal take on Adidas' latest Ultraboost
adidas Ultraboost 5
A fully redesigned running shoes by Adidas since Ultraboost's first release back in 2015. This iteration is different from Ultraboost DNA 5.0
Uppers are made with their new adaptive Primeknit technology material which provide enhanced breathability and sock-like fit in areas we need most. Silhouette has been changed and, I think, is more wide-foot friendly.
Midsole is more stacked and packed! It is made with 9mm more of Light Boost that will give you higher cushioning and responsiveness. But, thicker doesn't mean heavier. Ultraboost 5 and 5X is the lightest Ultraboost ever made yet.
Outsole is also redesigned and is still made with reliable and grip-py Continental rubber equipped with Adidas' Torsion System which provides adequate midsole support.
If ever you are wondering about the difference of 5 and 5X. 5X is even lighter due to its minimal cageless design but the rest of the shoe, it is similar with the Ultraboost 5.
Sizing is True-to-Size so get your usual Adidas size.
SRP is at 10,000 Pesos.

These shoes are made big and stack higher more than an ultraboost. I am a 9.5 US with slightly wider feet and ordered my true size, i have to return them, order size down your true to size.

Tengo unas pureboost 22. Las uso para correr cortos recorridos y para trabajar. Hatsa ahora, luego de 3 meses de uso están Ok. Me gustaría ver mas experiencias.
It’s a bad quality shoe. Midsole strips got ripped by 4 months and Adidas didn’t return or refund

Im a US12 for nmd r1s and Ultraboosts. Should I stick with a US12 or go down a size ro US11? There's no half sizes available through Footlocker Australia.
I recommend half size down but I think downsizing a full size down would fit too if you have slim feet.

Shoes comfortable but very poor quality for trail running shoes. After a few weeks of use, white fibers start to come out of the shoes, which must be trimmed regularly so that it doesn't look like the shoes have a beard. In addition, the Toe Protection layer starts to peel off, but unfortunately New Balance does not see this as a problem and does not accept complaints. I strongly advise against buying this model.

Get size 9. Nike is always half size shorter than adidas.
I'm getting a pair of new shoes and I need softer shoes to walk on because of my bad feet. For me I loved the ultraboosts but I think their kinda ugly now, I used to have a pair. The S1 seems egly too in my eyes and something thast I wouldn't wear, also because of the knit. I don't want the toe-box ripping up and creating holes after some months of use.I love the NMD V3 look, but I've heard their not as soft as the ultraboost or the S1. Would you have any tips for me?
You may try Adidas PureBoost or Nike ZoomX Invincible Run 3.
