I have been woodworking for a while but am by no means very good at it. However, I think there are many others like me. My hope is to show that with a little bit of extra time in setup we can still achieve good results even with cheap tools. I have been inspired by two other woodworkers whom I really enjoy watching and that would be Steve Ramsey(WoodWorking for Mere Mortals) and Drew Short(Rock-n H Woodshop). Thank you both for the inspiration and the great videos. Please note that my FaceBook page is Woodworking With ADD so don't be surprised if you see videos of my military truck obsession or we go a long time without new videos. I also do all of my work outside, as I have no real shop, and therefore when it gets cold or wet, there will be no new videos.

Cutting the HMMWV Rim
You can either but the rims already machined on our lathe or you can simply plasma/torch cut your own rims. This video is a tutorial on using the plasma cutter and a flap disc to prep your rims to work with our adapter plates.

7 Ton Crush
My Oshkosh MK23 7 Ton seems to have a "CRUSH" on this 04 Nissan Maxima. The 7 ton took a small amount of damage to a step and two power steering lines. Overall this truck still continues to impress me. One thing of note, I had no visibility of the car until it swung sideways and I could look out the door window to see it. When you see big trucks coming down the road, please give us a wide berth...
How good is the tread on an XZL
Ever wonder how good the tread is on a Michelin XZL? It left a perfect indent in the rear quarter panel of this Nissan Maxima. All thanks to an Oshkosh MK23 7 Ton.

Cutting the HMMWV Rim
If you already have your own 12 or 24 bolt HMMWV rims and want to use our adapter plates with your rims it's very easy to cut and prep your own rims. Adapter plates can be found on our website: mvpartstore.com/products/m37_adapter_plate Once the rim has been cut you simply clean up the slag and bolt the adapter on using the 12 or 24 studs from the rim.
Mini Beep Body Finished

We've finished the rough body of the Mini Beep. Now we wait for the driveline to show up. I'm sure we'll get some body work done and get it ready for paint while we wait.

Forrest made great progress today on the Mini Beep. He would be much further along had we not ran out of screws.

Stop being gay and show us
Do you have a video of the install
I replaced 3 new pt pump for cummmins KTA50-G3 the generator will be hunting When i swap used pump from another generator no hunting
Wouldnt it be better to use steel lines to keep stable and constant fuel pressure vs using rubber line, or does it really matter? How did you get the plug out the back, that thing is stuck like chuck, ive tap on it, i heated it, i have even tried to impact it, and it wont come out. Thinking about driling it out, but that is a pain and if easier way then i would rather try.
3000 PSI hose is much easier to ship without damage than a formed steel line. There won't be any loss of pressure with this hose either, the system doesn't get above 350PSI.
Thanks for the clarification
Fokhen hot shot😢
Ouch. How'd you get that out? Hemtt?
Another 7 ton.
Just got your filter kit for my 5 ton dual tank cant wait to install it.!
What balance beads are you using
We use a product called Magnum.
Do you sell them ? I’m looking to put H1 24bolt wheels and 37’s on my F350
mvpartstore.com/products/active-tire-balancing-beads
Hi, I noticed you didn't install the run flat, don't you need the run flat (with the bead locker) to hold the tire against the rim? I have 24 bolt rims on my M1097a2, can I get away with not using my run flats? Also, can I use those balancing balls with my run flats if I have to have it in my tire? Thanks
Run flat isn't necessary as long as you aren't airing down your tires. Balance beads won't work with the run flat because of the lube.
@@MVPartStore Thanks for the quick reply.
Soooo badass.... Thank you Dad for raising a strong and intelligent young lady
I am looking for plans/patterns and parts list for the mini beep.
The plans and parts are no longer offered by the OEM. However, I would be willing to sell a precut body kit.
She looks like she likes it even though it's blowing her whole body back
does the pump have to be timed on the engine before removing it?
It's a good idea to get everything lined up before removing it. That will make install much easier.
Thank you for this video. It has been a fantastic help in repairing my M35A2. You have no idea the head scratching and tinkering you have saved me.
My dream truck!!!!
I was totally thinking u needed some belly pans an rock sliders or something lol
Would have helped for sure.
@@MVPartStore definitely nice truck also
Idle curiosity... what did the repairs cost?
Nice.
Interesting, I didn't realize those round ones could be used in the later style wheels I'm going to have to try that, I tried the red seal the one 24 bolt came with and failed... I'll try that.
This is good to see, well done old school
We'll keep you posted as we make a little more progress. Figuring out the drive system now.
Very cool. Saw the ad for this in the back of Popular Mechanics for years. Want to build one for myself one day. Excited to see how yours turns out
so how come the tire popped anyways? :o
Oh God. 🤯

Faster response and a slight improvement in torque.
So what size of tires can you fit to those wheels and have the turn clearance needed under a stock 1954 M37 truck?
It's on A1 only? Or A2 also
Should work on both.
LOVE THAT MACK
The truck is safely packed in my shop now. I have so many projects of my own and customers i fear this one may be years off. If anyone is interested in taking this project on as their own, let me know.

I have a 250 cummins in a 5 ton, rebuild the fuel pump and now the truck will not start. I have no air in the line to the pump, pumps has pressure on outlet side. For some reason not getting fuel to injectors or through the motor. Any suggestions?
Why was the pump rebuilt? Did it break on the truck and send debris through the injection lines? Also is there anything coming out of the return line? Is your fuel shut off valve operational and not closing the fuel system?
@@MVPartStore Pump was rebuilt because, when the truck would start it would go to full throttle(uncontrollably). I think there is debris in the head or injectors, just haven't made it that far. There is hardly no fuel coming out of return lines. Fuel system was very dirty when pump was taken off. Thank you so much for your help, it's hard to find someone that really knows this motor!
Is there any other things we should be looking for?
great info Thanks subscribed
Does the non AFC have a idle adjustment screw n same spot 🪛
WHAT’S THE PURPOSE OF ADDING A FUEL LINE TO IT ?
Evens the fuel volume and pressure at each injector as well as helps deliver cooler fuel, or rather same temp fuel to each injector. Temp plays a big role in density or volume of fuel with each cycle.
If you pull that lid back above that screw there’s a bolt that you can also move and does something to the fuel does anyone know the guy at Cummins moved mine and black smoke comes out now exhaust
Its a preboost fuel screw, be careful
What does changing The fuel button from let’s say a 40 to #7 button do or a double 0 button
What does the button do for instance if I get a 40 versus a 7 button or a double 00
So what does the button do if I get a #40 or #7 what do they
