Morgan has this very specific way to listen to and provide his full attention to Reid. It's utterly beautiful,, you can quite feel it through the screen. There is a halo of security surrounding whenever he's with his closest ones.

Derek telling spencer that he would only start worrying about him once spencer starts wandering around the streets aimlessly is derek's way of telling spencer he can talk to him without been concerned that derek will worry too much. Derek just gets spencer without needing to be told
