Last year I had the situation like you have it now. I had bought a totally new 2019 RRD X-Fire 118 L and within a couple of months it had more very small whole or pressure point, than my 2011 Tabou Manta 115 L, which I had for 8 years. In my opinion the production slalom boards, or in your case the race foil boards, are too fragile build. I sold the X-Fire again and bought a custom made slalom board at MOJO Custom Boards. It should be build in a strong way, and until now no damaged has appeared. Several other custom boards builders exist and they all can customize a board. The prices are similar to those of the production board companies. Maybe it would be a solution for you too 😊
