I was one who was doubtful of you for that show going by last year comps so fair play to you definitely proved me wrong a very good performance shame about the log but at least you know which area to work on just getting that overhead strength up I don't think you need to worry to much about the initial popping up to your chest cause you've got that explosive movement I think it's going to be more strict overhead pressing for you in my opinion anyway. Good luck for 2025 and truly well done onwards and upwards 👍.

I was bummed out that you zero:ed the log, but when it comes to anything involving moving you've got it down to a science. Next year you'll podium for sure.

Hello Paddy you was impressive last year but a joy to watch this year I will say you need find someone to help you press It’s nearly there but you need some assistance My wife said i should offer my help but we live in in the real North 😄 I would suggest Chole Brenning ( hope i got name right) She has a very impressive press/lift and she teaches well Look forward to what you bring Brits in 2026
