To summarise:
plan your month by writing down your events (in a physical agenda/whiteboard and in your online agenda), some goals for the month and set focus points
every week; plan meals, clean your room, use your weekends to rest, reflect on the past week
daily suggestions; journaling and reading instead of consuming endless brain rot content, stick to your plans and prioritise your sleep
