The way it should go: Judge: "Can you understand the charges?" SovCit: "No, I don't understand." Judge: "OK, then you can't represent yourself, because you are unable to understand the charges and process." We will appoint an attorney for you." No competency test needed as he admitted to not being capable of understanding. Done. Also hearing should be in person not over zoom. They are allowing these idiots to play with them.
