How do you turn off timer on remote?

I love the blinds, but these videos are terrible!! What is sleep mode? How do I know if it is in sleep mode? What is wake mode? I am assuming that sleep mode is "normal operating mode" and wake mode is 'ready to be paired to a remote' mode. I just want to program the blind to the remote. I dont care about the cliock, but in the middle of pairing the blind to the remote you switch gears and talk about clock setting. How do I finish the blind/remote pairing??? You explain how to RESET the motor, but you don't tell me what that does or when/why I would need to do that??? Would it kill you to add a voice track so that I don't have to bounce back and forth between watching the button presses and reading the captions? You mention in a comment how detailed your manual is, how about putting the manuals on the web site?

How do you overwrite or remove old timers from existing channels? I have 5 timers set on channel 1 and see no way to delete some of the older ones.

However, there is "customer service" to solve problems and concerns, but it's really terrible and it really does not help with any of your concerns. If you want to buy something that you think you will have no problem with installation with no questions, you may buy it. If not, don't risk it with buying it!!

Getting the blind to catch on the brackets is very challenging. It's the slightest bit too long and won't catch on the front hooks.

OMG the instructions suck but I finally figured it out: To set your blinds to a desired channel: Setting blinds Step 1: get control in setting mode by clicking T button for 6 seconds until sunshine icon appears on screen. The T button is on the back of the remote once you remove the lid. Its the left button Step 2: select desired channel on control Step 3: on blinds hold the reset button for 2 seconds until it shifts up and down Step 4: click P button on back of control and the blind should again do an up/down shift. P button is one on right. Step 5: get control off setting mode by clicking T for 6 seconds Now it should work on channel you configured

Worked 1 time then stopped... it found the device, paired, i tested it, then when i sat down, and tried it it again, didnt work...

Mine fell off the role at one end, and I can’t put the life of me figure out how to put it back on
