My faucet is still dispensing some water when I activate my sprayer. The sprayer seems weak. Is the diverter inside the faucet not working properly or did I install incorrectly? Thanks

Thanks for the great video. I have a problem with my Riobel R45 bathtub faucet. It turns very hard. I opened it and adjusted the nut turning position as you said (1/4 additional wrench turn after tightening with hand), but it is still very hard to turn. Could you please let me know what the other reasons can be involved with this problem? Thank you

I live in Canada in a home that is 60-70 years old, the joists are 8 inches deep. Coffering the main floor ceiling which is beneath the upstairs bathroom or installing a raised platform under the tub are both impossible. I recently purchased the K40E-PC (Intellidrain), K70-PC (Island Tub Drain), and VET-N-SW-NO (Vetralla Tub). My tub filler has a 7.5gpm flow rate. The tub is not returnable and the other items have a large restocking fee. The Technical Support for these products is in the US and the only assistance they can provide for the Intellidrain is to regurgitate the product documentation in the box. They do not support any deviation from the install configuration. The K70 instructions state "DO NOT CUT THE SUPPLIED TAILPIECE. Doing so may cause a leak. Disassembling the drain or cutting the tailpiece will void the warranty" . The K40E instructions state "Do not cut (the tailpiece) if using K70!" and a "6.3gpm maximum recommended fill rate". The tailpiece is 9 5/8 inches long. Dilemma: How does cutting the tailpiece affect the functioning of the Intellidrain? How does nesting the tailpiece in the P-trap affect the functioning of the Intellidrain? How does a 7.5 gpm flow rate affect the functioning of the Intellidrain? These answers will determine if I abandon these products and suffer a significant monetary loss.

Why does the faucet have a cold line, hot line and also the flexible tubing that connects to the hot water tank ? I see in the video you have one of the lines capped with a valve on it with an extension line. Can you please explain the three lines coming out of the faucet, a scenario where all 3 are needed ?

Are the set screws the thing that keeps it from bursting off?

I love the look, but I bought Rohl Graceline (french brass) fixtures for my entire master bathroom (over $10k just in fixtures for one bathroom) and they are built terribly :( The sink/shower handles are 2-piece and super jiggly...my plumber will tighten them and the'll be loose again by the next day. On top of this, the colors vary dramatically between the sink faucets, shower heads/knobs, and tub filler. Any insight??

I have this beautiful faucet for 18 years now. One issue with it is that if the spray or your hand have any water it trickles down the nozzle( then water follows the hose and collects under sink. Is there anything I can do to prevent that from occurring. Also, as of a few weeks ago when I use the sprayer, the water, still slightly comes out of the faucet at the same time. What can I do to repair that issue? Thank you

For the collar covering the cartridges, how do you loosen them? I moved into a home with your faucet and because of hard water they are very tight. It’s gorgeous; so grabbing the collar with a harsh tool to access th cartridge seems damaging

I have this exact RIOBEL Thermostatic Pressure shower valve setup for the 23 and it drips water constantly between the housing nut and the diverter trim piece that has the attachment for the handle. 1. Is this type of slow leak only caused by a cartridge that needs replacing or is there something about how this was assembled that could be causing the slow drip. 2. If it is the cartridge - which replacement cartridge should I order. 3. In either case, to get started after turning of the water - can I just pop the pressure fit cap with the temp indicator off with my fingers? Thanks very much.

So everything was going great until we installed the pole holding the sprayer unit. It won’t hold its own weight never mind the wand. Why are all of these usually a POS?
