"Some responsibilities that we have as dispatchers a lot of the time is connecting people with the right resources. Oh please 😂
Honor your oath!!
Also a fully encrypted on dispatch police department. Now that’s Vermont transparency
I am in complete disbelief. Please tell me the event in Vermont did not actually happen. There is no way a law enforcement officer could be this stupid. Please tell me your going to convict any officer who thought this was a good idea. These are criminals in cop uniforms. Please lock them up.
Unbelievable stupidity from the department. Terrorizing children at their school with gunfire they obviously thought was real. DISGRACEFUL AND RETARDED.
How do I sign up to be a tour guide? I hear that position is particularly interesting.
Thanks again for your service!😇🙏✌😊🥶😅😶🌫Button Up VT!🤗
The kid has every right to be pissed. If someone did this to my daughter I wld lose my shit, the secret service had been at his house for 2 hours n for what?? Why wasn’t that answered. N the local police just let them leave n blame the kid. That’s bullshit n fucked up.
This kid needs to keep his mouth shut, I can see why he ran into trouble with the Secret Service. Playing the card of course like he is a victim, attitude for life and will always find trouble.

Brother you’ve lost the plot
This video should be used to teach teenagers what NOT TO DO if or when you encounter the police. Police officers are not going to just let you walk away when they have already said not to.
Looks like a good arrest to me and force used was absolutely reasonable. Did this moron actually think that the police would just walk away when he called them a “b*tch @ss n!gger”? Add resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer to the attempted burglary- What and ignorant dipshit this guy is. Eye witness account of the attempted break in and the refusal of the suspected citizen to stop and co-operate. I do question, however why there is no audio at the end of the clip. I don’t accept any reason for why it is not available- The police officer at the beginning of the video says that it has not been edited- that seems false to me without the audio. Makes one think something is being hidden even if it is not. Interesting to note this same man who was out of jail shortly after this arrest was back out on the street and arrested again, for burglary, this time in someone’s home.
Pigs acab I hope you all live terrible and short lives
Y'all are gross
BPD ARE SHIT BAGS 💩 🎒!!!
Lol
Big surprise the camera sat covered in snow so no one could see what actually happened..
That fourteen percent showing us its best again.
Interesting title to this video: 21BU000274. Gives a lot of information about the content.
Can we file a racism complaint against the kid with the black backpack? I feel like repeatedly using racially charged language against a uniformed police officer should be punished. Nobody deserves to have the 'n' word repeatedly used against them over and over again. What's funny is that now the liberals are now going to cry 'social justice'...even though the only hint of racial/racist language came from the suspect.
The police acted 100% appropriately here
Max Tracy and Zoraya Hightower are idealistic children, who lack connection to the real world
I may've missed it cause I skipped thru the guy talking. Anyone know why there is only one video? No other bodycams on the other officers? Seriously. Someone let me know please. Is it a budget thing?
The female officer that arrived on the scene forgot to turn on her body camera.
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Yet people are still claiming that the Police escalated this and used too much force. Including some people who you all are voting into office or that are running for Mayor, like Ali Dieng. So pay attention to the articles, who is saying this is too much force, who is saying that black people shouldn't have to listen to police commands because slavery existed in the past (listen to this suspect's accent, it's very unlikely he is the descendant of slaves or grew up in this Country even, I don't think that excuse works that well for this guy). Make sure you get out there to vote and make your voice heard. If the people saying these things don't represent how you feel, please let your votes reflect that when they run for office. This guy is very obviously the suspect they are looking for but some media and black community leaders are saying they're not supposed to be able to ask him to stop to talk a moment because he is black. Listen to how violent and confrontational the guy is! The Police used mad restraint. People like Mark Hughes want to turn this into some kind of issue because they have so little to fight for there I think :P
Ali Dieng is a joke. Scary thought he might become mayor. He was on WVMT yesterday saying, "Breaking into a car with a screwdriver is NOT a serious crime!"
When will the useless prosecuters paid by the tax payer, take these criminal and do their jobs and put this punk in jail? Shortly after this arrest, under a weeks' time, this black man was caught breaking into someone's home in Burlington. The lack of respect for the police is a direct result of the gutless mayor and prosecuters office in Burlington. I remember when we didn't have this type of criminal element in Vermont let alone in Burlington. Question: Is this criminal in jail or out running around lurking to B&E someone else's vehicle or home?
Nice job on being translucent maybe now people that don't normally know what a policeman have to deal with on a daily basis and minor incident can escalate in seconds they need to make a choice in second and think am I going home to my family. Glad I'm not a cop I'd a shot him. Notice wasn't talking shit after they tazed his dumbass. Easiest thing in the world cops says stay there for a sec stay there for a sec and you won't get touched common sense if you ain't got shit to worry about let them do there job and move on RESPECT THE BADGE.
Excellent work by the officers. These are never easy arrests, especially nowadays.
Thanks BPD! As a person who lives in this area, I am grateful for this arrest. This neighborhood has been hit hard with car break-ins. The members of my community are fed up with this and we all are working together to try and stop this. Thanks for doing your part Burlington police.
These videos are Good, they will force the digger to report a little more honestly
The average person does not understand the dynamics of a police encounter and this should open the eyes of the general public. The officers did a remarkable job in restraining further use of force and used only that force that was necessary to control the situation. It's a shame that the officers actions have to be second guessed but unfortunately in today's world it has become more too common. Kudos to the officers involved.
They should always be second guessed. Akin to a doctors opinion, another look only adds to transparency.
@@Rainavol Transparency is good. At least doctors are reviewed by their peers and there is oftentimes time to ponder. That is not the case where split seconds can make a difference on the outcome. Don’t judge another mans actions until you have walked at least a mile in his shoes.
The incident shows that the 1st officer tried to stop individual through verbal commands and was unsuccessful. The individual resisted and became combative which caused the officers to use reasonable force to detain. The officers used the tools available to them to make the arrest. Nice job by both officers and the citizen who made the call to BPD. Thank-you for keeping the public safe.
Its a great idea to release this information and video to the people you protect. Not only does it allow the everyday citizen to see thorough the eyeys of the BPD, but it also prepares the public to not be so naive and may help them avoid issues with someone of this mindset. Glad you were all ok, and great job again.
I am so appreciative of the police force. God bless you!
What where the contents of his book bag?
5:35 is that considered a hate crime? That WORD is banned.
The suspect is the one who was using the racist and misogynistic words. So, it would be a hate crime against the officers by the person they had asked to stop so they could talk to him for a few minutes?
The cultural enrichment of Vermont shall continue?
Its only his second arrest within a few weeks. give the poor boy a chance to get a hat trick.
Bernie told me he was good boy, just walking to doctor school?
Interesting to watch these videos. Tends to reveal to non-law enforcement folks how awful the members of the public act towards the police, and generally how patient and reasonable the officers are (at least in Vermont). Generally counters the current media narrative that the police are brutal villains.
Police are brutal villains.
John Nelson, well then. Come apply and correct this moral depravity with your virtue.
@@johnnelson1661 It is clear that many police can be what you called them but that is clearly not the case in this situation. Eye witness account of his attempted burglary. All he had to do was stop and remain silent, that’s it. Instead he choose to fight with the cop. Use of force was justified and NOT over the top.
Why is the Burlington Police getting flack about what happened elsewhere. riots and stuff. They got my stolen drumset back, and one offered a ride to the ER when the Skinny Pancake crowd was mocking me have a heart attack on February 27, 2013
How dare you allow these tyrants to treat citizens this way in your jurisdiction!!! And then you show up and treat the victim as a suspect?!? What would Benjamin Franklin think of you punk ass pussys?
This kid needs to relax. I understand why he would get angry for the initial confrontation but he was told after who they were. Just move on with your day
Fuck your opinion you've clearly never been harassed by these type of folks
The teenager is upset and that’s understandable. BPD couldn’t do anything here. The issue is with a federal law enforcement agency. The only options are to file a complaint or get a lawyer.
Pigs
Lame response by police and white friends. As if he shouldn't be upset. BPD officer is showing his racial ignorance. This is exactly what we're saying about police needing education.
