Dear Martin, Thank you for your comment. To perform the import of a program data, it is necessary to log in as “Administrator”. It is important, that the written program is located in a “Import” folder on the USB flash drive. Otherwise, the controller cannot find the program data on the USB flash drive. Another reason for the unsuccessful import could be caused by a bad communication between the USB flash drive and the controller. We do have communication errors with some USB flash drives and the controller. Please try to import the program with a different USB flash drive. We can also send you a list of tested USB flash drive per email. For further question, please feel free to contact us via email: service@nabertherm.de.

@@Nabertherm I ended up getting it to work somehow. I used a 32GB memory stick. I don't fully know why it just started working. I had the named 'import' folder on the 8GB, but nothing worked. However, I do have to stand by my conviction. Your interface is probably the worst I have ever experienced in all my years. You really would benefit from getting it Beta tested properly. For example, to cancel a programme, you have to press start. Start. The button that makes things go. To cancel...? The oven itself is pretty good, and having programmable heat cycles is great. It's just using it. You almost have to get the manual out to do anything with it. So overly complicated for such a simple piece of equipment.

Hello. This warning appears when you activated a "long term recording" in the program. For further information please see the operating instruction M03.0012, chapter 9. "A long-term recording should be selected if clearly more than 80,000 datasets (approx. 60 days at 60 second intervals) need to be written to a file. This can be true for infinite dwell times or very long programs. In this case, the USB stick must remain plugged in. A file is saved for each day."

Extra functions are external functions that can be switched on in segments, such as flaps, gas valves, etc. These can also be renamed by the customer.

I had hoped that this would have shown how to hold the temperature during the final part of the firing ☹️

I worked it out@@skegbyguy : your final segment would have a start and finish temperature the same as your "end" temperature, with a time of however long you want the hold to be. You can only do this if you have a spare programme segment, though (5 in total). Maybe you have worked this out by now, as I'm here 11 months later!
