ur animation is rlly good ngl , is it messed up cuz you arent able to aline each frame? im curious, i used to tween a bit so i think i could help but its pretty complicated- ;w; u dont have to respond if u wanna learn by urself which is completely fine! :D

@@Nellie-The-Witchthe best thing to do is to make the animation on capcut or whatever you use, and make the animation first and not cut or crop anything , for the mouth i made it a seperate drawing that i could delete and readd when a character talks, its all about layers rlly its pretty complicated but it can be easy by making a body and head layer (no face exept ears and maybe nose and back hair too if you dont want to animated it ) then make a face layer (better to seperate each eye and mouth so you can put an image over but if you wanna make diffrent faces instead of adding a layer over the face would probs be easier) and front hair , to move arms and stuff like that , simular to the face one you can either seperate each part by layer or make each a diffrent drawing, but this might be a lil uneven which causes it to move a bit like in ur video (its hard to explain sorry its so long ;w; if u need anymore help on anything id recommend a video because they can explain better than me XD if you cant find any, theres alot of gacha youtuber who make helpful tutorials even if you arent a gacha tuber :D)

@@Nellie-The-Witch you need to put all the parts into the video (preferably with a green screen in the back to crop out or a colour thats bright and not on your character so if you remove the green screen it doesn’t remove the part of the body thats the same colour ad your background ) then grab the parts you wanna move(arms legs are optional but if you wanna move arms and legs please separate each arm and leg onto a separate layer ) and hold down of the photo (arms legs face hair ) and theres a part above them called a over layer its also where effects go so like right above them main video and just move the parts your going to move up there and then use the mask feature on the green screen , there should be a button called colour picker i might be called something else for you because i used a german version because its easier for me to read but just press on mask and see if theres anything like that or remove background might work but you probably have to crop out the background manually which isnt really ideal but itll work , then add key frame ( they look like lil diamonds ) and these can move your drawing, so put a keyframe at the start to start and when you want to move a part (it can’t be to complicate like stretching and arm btw only up and down left and right ykyk but its smooth and eases in dw ) make a new keyframe and you have to manually move the parts , as stated , it easies in so its really simple! But if you wanna make a walking animation or really any good animation you need to dissect your character into parts ( top arm , arm , hand - top leg , leg , foot - eye , pupil . ) its better to do tweening on kin-master though but this is for cap-cut but its kinda the same rules SORRY THIS IS SO LONG IM BAD AT EXPLAINING ;w;
