      Hi Marina. There are many ways to achieve the dragon scale technique. When I try a technique I try to find my own way that works for my hot humid conditions....which is fun! I followed Le REz Expressions for the inspiration to start with

      I really love it as it gives a clean finish. Just dont leave it on the resin too long before removing it as it can cause a milky look....by too long I mean several months LOL.....hhhmmm how do I know that

    That’s a great idea, using some of the u tinted house paint underneath the interference colours- you still get the benefit of having them show up against the black without having it end up so dark- thank you for sharing!

      That is awesome!! Just glide the tool with the CA on it across the surface. Dont over load the tool with the CA...you can lightly bang off excess like I did. Also any part of a bloom consistency can change from one try to the next within a short period of time so always restir all colours and CA and adjust as needed before trying again

      Hi. The images were printed on a cheap gloss photo paper with and Inkjet printer. I got the cheap photo paper in Coles or Woolies super market. The cheap ones work best as the ink will sit on the surface and transfer easily. I tried quite a few different ones till I found one that did the technique well

    hello, not sure how old this video is, but wanted to ask, does this only work with OPAL EMBOSSING enamels, or is there other products i can substitute?

      Hi. Yes it will work with other embossing powders...Opals is just the Australian name brand I used. Best with large grain embossing powders such as UTEE (Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel) by Ranger
