How’s it going ? Once again amazing job on verselab vids. im using song mode to record synths using vocal track, for some reason in the sequence mode the transition isn’t smooth. There’s a clip sound that happens when my recorded synths goes to the next section. Would you happen to know why ?

I have the concern if I depart from MV-1 it would be the same challenge to make something finished.

Hey man they all sound great , maybe try some filter fx on tracks or Master, also try muting some tracks, fade them in or use delay or try sone heavy reverbs. You should definitely finish them. Good 404ing

You are a God at this m8. I've got the MV1 and the J6 but cannot for the life of me get the J6 sounds and controls recorded onto a track on the mv-1. I've done every variation settings - in to out / out to in / stuffed turn on /stuff turned off. The best i can do is trigger the mv1 tones on the keys of the J6 and use the patterns / hold / chords. But can I get the J6 sweet tones and controls record on the verselab via midi - nope! Would you mind telling me with these 2 pieces of kit what settings you use?

Pro tip: play at 1.5x speed for jungle. .75x speed for trip hop

Not bad. I had the S-1, T-8, and sold them. kind of regret selling the S-1, but I don't think I can part with the J-6. I absolutely love it. I wish it had more sounds like the JU-106A or the ability to create patches and styles/variations. They sure pack a lot for $200, tho!

Moody, but cool. I work more or less the same. But I use external gear to create my loops. MPC, Maschine, Polyend Tracker, Koala and Zenbeats. Then I sample on beat (2, 4, 8 or 16 beats) into the SP404 mk2 4.04 and chop, loop and sequence the samples. Greats.
