Le programme de formation CAS-DAS en genre et développement de l’Institut de hautes études internationales et du développement de Genève (IHEID) est un programme de formation continue suisse proposé aux professionnel-el-s, enseignant-e-s ou chercheur-e-s qui désirent renforcer leurs connaissances en genre et développement. Ce programme de formation est différent de celui proposé par le système CAMES. Il est constitué d’un Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) donnant droit à 15 crédits ECTS et d’un Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) correspondant à 15 crédits ECTS supplémentaires. L’IHEID propose également de poursuivre la formation en Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in International Relations, en anglais, pour 60 crédits ECTS. Le CAS et le DAS sont des formations d’une année chacune, et il est nécessaire de valider le CAS avant de pouvoir postuler au DAS. La formation se déroule essentiellement en ligne à travers des lectures, des échanges avec les enseignant-e-s et les autres participant-e-s, des quiz et des webinaires. Elle comprend également, pour chaque module, 3 jours d'atelier en présentiel (à Bujumbura, Cotonou, Dakar ou Ouagadougou) ou 3 jours d'atelier en virtuel. Si vous venez d’un pays de l’Afrique de l’ouest ou de la région des Grands Lacs, vous bénéficiez d’office du tarif subventionné.
