I really liked the green top. The pink top was a good color on you..

I would send back the tees and the joggers, you could get similar elsewhere. The other two tops were lovely. I liked the Primark jacket, and the tonal colourway did look good so have a look for a different pair of joggers in a similar colour x

I liked the green top..a lot...the joggers simply far too long and no pockets!! For that reason alone I wouldn't buy them 😃xx..i didn't catch what they cost...i thought the t shirts very basic and a lot of money considering see thru..i do enjoy your videos.thank you!

The thing that puts me off shopping with M & Co online is the minimum £50 spend for free delivery. Returns are at your own cost, so your losing £6.99 in postage costs if you have paid for delivery as well.

Hi Rhian Well I haven’t shopped there before. So will see what they got. Send the white and pink t shirt and joggers as they weren’t great on you tbh. The other green one is great. I love that myself. That top would go with the navy trousers you had from the local boutique near you. Hi Rhi, The dusky pink tee looks lovely but not worth the money if you're not going to wear the white one. The Leopard print is lovely and a good price. I would send all the others back

Rhi I couldn't see through the white t-shirt but if you feel conscious of it maybe send back. The other tops really looked lovely on you. The khaki trousers look really nice but do you really need them? Trouble with being only 5ft petite sizes are designed to fit people up to 5ft 3 or 4 so I am afraid they are always long on me. The only place I can get trousers the correct length is Bon Marche and they are not all about crimpeline elastic waists. I have jeans in 25in leg. I agree about keeping monochrome when you are petite but honestly does it make a huge difference?? Have a great Sunday.❤

Hi Rhi, I'm going to be short and sweet... the tee shirt pack, keep. You can't really see through the white, but you could wear a strappy top under it. Both the other tops, keep, looked good. The joggers send back! 😊

Small prints are very forgiving. Plains are in fashion, but will show up every little stain, so are more high maintenance.

Thanks Rhi. In the summer I tend to unwind from work with gardening. I also do a weekly art class on my day off (all year round). I am hoping to do more reading over the autumn and winter. I joined Karen Geordie Grandma’s book club and I enjoyed reading the first month’s book. X

Hi Rhian, the evenings are the worse in my case, I crave food, especially biscuits. I’ve cut down tremendously, but I need to go further. I’ve started a walking exercise routine, with stretches, and I’m hoping that I lose a bit of the tummy fat, along with the no sweets. God help me though hahaha xx

I too have a bit of a snacking in the evening problem. I have a glass of water by my side and if I get tempted I have a good drink of water and have found that I was actually thirsty. Sometimes though I do have 2 or 3 cream crackers with a blue cheese triangle spread on them but I don't geel too bad about that because I was scoffing 2 or sometimes 3 KitKats (2 finger ones which makes no sense). I stopped buying them as they were getting so expensive.❤

Hi Rhian this is so true about caving in to sweet things at the end of the day. I get so cross with myself it’s like I’ve been taken over by Aliens and my willpower has been blown to pieces in the evening. I know I’m not alone with this problem my daughters say the same. They tell me not to don’t beat myself up and say you can have what you want at your age (77) but it’s really important to stay healthy going into old age and I found your crayoning tip very helpful, thank you. X

What a lovely video!😊....I’m the same age and retired 2 years ago too....I thought I would have lots of time for self care but like you say with commitments it’s sometimes hard so important to make it part of your day....love the sound of that challenge. why not cut up sticks of carrot and celery and put them in a container for the evenings, or nuts or plain crackers. Just a thought. Seems like you are on the right track with your list though.

Loving this, sometimes I’m too busy caring for others to show myself some self care. It’s hard to distinguish between true self care and faux, but do need to concentrate more on my health and eating well. Much love ❤️

I’m sorry Rhi the first cardi looked like something my mum would have worn, shapeless and drab, didn’t do you any favours. I know the trend is for neutrals but that means bland to me. I think they drain the colour from your face. Much prefer you with a splash of jewel colours. We are all different and the general view is that people like these items. My money is safe for now! Look forward to your next haul.

Neutrals always classy and versatile. You can mix and match with lots of things in your wardrobe. A long brown t shirt perhaps under your waistcoat . Or if pattern what about leopard print , very fashionable this season. Love your choices.

I like every piece on you1 I too have watched Midlife Posh and have been trying to let go of most prints except stripes! I've had photos taken with the family recently and i do think she is on to something! I've just removed those print items to another closet to see whether I feel comfortable in the long term! xo

The up to date way to wear a cardigan is done up with nothing underneath it, looks much more contemporary and way less frumpy.

Hi Rhian, I love the neutrals..i am size 12 and 5 foot too....i find medium M&S too big...simply don't cater well for petit I find. The cardigans might be better in small...i do like them,especially the oatmeal..and the lovely dark brown top you're wearing..
