I have often run on weekend's early in the morning, and it's not usually too bad until 9 or 10.

Great call out. It's not obvious from the video, but I had removed that OEM insole. When I took that part of the video, I had already put the OEM insole back in.

​@@TrailswithMRFNTgotcha! They also have thinner insoles. The default is 7mm. They also have 5mm and 3mm. I personally haven't tried them yet. But looking into the details.

I know a lot of different people have used and like VKTRY, but they just were not for me with running. I could see the benefit with and indoor sport though.

That is one way to look at it! I'll have to play around with a week or so of no meat to see how that would affect me across a greater timeframe! The biggest take-away that I had from all the experiments is that the more I workout and deplete my glucose levels, the more balanced I remain throughout the day, regardless of what I eat. So if glucose balance is the end goal, exercise is a key piece to achieving that. Another key point for me, is that processed foods negatively affect me more than meats and veggies.

I do recalibrate periodically, and in this case, the measurements were correct. The RDs managed to find every possible climb on the ranch!

UCAN Edge it's Orange then Pineapple. Powder for mixing I like Orange for drinks, or plain for mixing with shakes. The new PB and Chocolate fudge bars are both great!
